“Friendly and great value”
+The lady who checked us in was lovely , it was good value for money , we appreciated there was a bench outside our room so we could relax for the evening outdoors , we liked the fact they look after the birds it was nice to see and hear them .
−Can’t really complain for the cost .

+We didn't eat breakfast. The location was great. The staff we met was so very friendly and helpful.

+Very friendly staff. The front office man was amazing and kind.
−The room had flies, I keep killing them and they kept coming in thru -probably the AC or maybe cause the trash can was right in front of my door (bad location for a trash can to be). The beds were very hard and the pillows were very little with almost no cushion.

“TLDR its a cheap motel which is going through renovations and was worth the price for a 1 night stay”
+Location was nice, right off the highway coming from abeline and right across the street was a caseys you could walk to and a pizza hut in the same parking lot. The rooms were nice and clean. And it was very affordable.
−The shower head was a decent bit dirty and unsightly but it worked well enough. And theyre going through renovations at the time of stay (7/31/26-8/1/26) the bathroom door knob locks weird and when locked sometimes didnt want to unlock and had to jiggle the knob a good bit to unlock.

“Clean, Fair price and convenient.”
+Bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful. Easy to find. Room was a decent size. Fridge had a freezer compartment that worked well.
−It’s on the older side (there was a note saying under renovation). Aircon was a bit noisy.

+I wasn't sure when we pulled up, but all the reviews are true. This value priced motel is clean and comfortable. We already have reservations to stay again.

“This Motel is definitely worth staying at and the town is worth checking out!”
+I absolutely loved everything. The owners were very helpful, kind and courteous. They took time to point us in the right direction to take in the wonderful sights and things to do in the area that were worth checking out. Will absolutely go again.

“Adequate for one night.”
+The place an older and not kept up well; however, they are starting to restore the place. It was disappointing to me because I'm Swedish and it was not up to my standards. Since we were only there for one night we made it work.
