+Sleep was excellent! the bed was very comfortable. Khalid was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay
−The only downside is that the property is a bit far, but that's not a problem if you have a car

“Calm atmosphere, welcoming and kind staff, beautiful scenery”
+I had a really great stay. The venue is situated a bit further from the Medina than I thought, which led to a very quiet stay for me as I chose to only be at the property. The location is beautiful and calm, with a big garden, animals, a pool and a great rooftop with the most amazing sunset and view of the mountains. The Staff is so welcoming and caretaking. Especially Said, I’ll keep our conversations with me for a long time. And although I couldn’t communicate with the other staff I felt very taken care of, and had a great time.
−The food was okey, not that much to select from (which I don’t mind), but I didn’t always feel fulfilled. The breakfast was nice - but very bread and cake based, without an option to add more (for example Id wish for more eggs/protein).
