“Upscale comfort”
+The hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful room and terrace. This was a trip celebrating my birthday and they even gave me a little gift of candy. That little extra means a whole lot. Thank you
−All was good

“Beautiful hotel in great location”
+Room was very nice and comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was very well designed and everything was in right place. Breakfast was very good with various food selection and staff was very good. Main restaurant in hotel served excellent food and wine rooftop was very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Location of hotel was excellent close to centre and transportation. Hotel was old building and beautifully renovated with excellent art pieces, colours and lightings.
−We could hear tram noise but it was not really bothering

“Would highly recommend”
+Very quiet, enormous room with good AC. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. Location was very convenient- a 15min walk to the city centre
−A little hard to find due, I understand. to signage restrictions related to it's heritage status. More a serviced apartment than a hotel as quite small. Quite expensive (but worth it!)

+accoglienza ottima, ottimo il servizio colazioni e pulizie
−la camera aveva la finestra che affacciava sulla linea tram e quindi il rumore risultava fastidioso

“Our second stay in Torino and we would stay in the same hotel again.”
+The breakfast hours are most accomodating--till 11. The staff was attentive but not disruptive. It's one of the best fine hotels in Torino.
−The bad has to be acknowledged with the good. Like most large cities, hotels close to the main train station often have some seedier neighbors. This was not exception. We never felt unsafe and the convenience of via Roma and all that it has to offer outweighed the few sleeping vagrants under the arcades.

+Location was perfect. Rooftop patio was a lovely place for aperitivo and for dinners! Service was friendly and not overbearing.
−Nothing
