“Overall great but there is no bbq at all and management are offsite so don’t know about the property”
+The location was great, right on the beach and we were given two apartments near each other as requested. They were well equipped with kitchen supplies but not things like salt etc
−The property is managed offsite so they don’t actually know what amenities are there. I asked prior to our stay if there was a working bbq and was reassured there was twice. When we got there the bbq had a wooden bench nailed over the top of it- it doesn’t just not work it is impossible to use and only functions as a bench. I asked about this and they had no idea. So no bbq to cook our food on the which was disappointing. They only provide a tiny amount of shampoo and conditioner, not enough for the amount of people that the apartments fit to even wash their hair once.

“Drastic maintenance and upgrade needed.”
+The view and balcony size
−Unit 6- appeared to have no maintenance in the last 6 years. Glass Shower doors in ensuite were broken. Could not slide them and had to squeeze through. There is mould in the shower tiles. The second bedroom air conditioner leaked all over the floor clearly a blocked drain. There were no working lights or fan in the second bedroom. We had workers drilling into the concrete wall in the living area the morning after my daughter’s wedding. Installing nbn cables. Note we were paying peak season pricing for this property.

“Perfect spot to recharge the batteries, or just do nothing.”
+The location was excellent, especially the views. The apartment was spacious. The veranda was fabulous. Everything we needed was there. Very homely and not ostentatious.
−Could do with a minor "spruce"up as it is showing its age a bit. ( just a minor quibble)

+Big apartment, great balcony
−Old and tired furniture, appeared poorly maintained. Beds, linen and kitchen clean but floors and other areas grubby.

+Location exceptional. Garage for the car very good.
−More linen - towels especially. For a beachside unit with pool to only be provided 2 bath towels was inadequate

“Noisy but clean and great veiws”
+Great veiw great location Clean
−At first I didn't realise that the remote opened a roller door that led to a car port and the lift. There needs to be better details about this even something on the remote to tell you which button to open what. Also site says soundproof rooms by all means they were NOT sound proof. We could hear chairs being moved around and what ever else happening from room above and beside us. The noise from the street was loud. There was someone using a blower at 8am in the morning which was very annoying. Pipes in walls making noise. All in all just very noisy all around.

“Relaxed beachfront with views”
+Relaxed atmosphere. Had good facilities including washing machine and elevator. Secure gated parking. Beach front, views and only a short walk to the corner store.

“We loved staying there.”
+Loved the location. Well set out. Comfy furniture. Beautiful view. Great outdoor space.
−Floors were awash when we arrived. Still very dirty once we opened doorstoallow them to dry. The mop and bucket the cleaner was using were not up to the job. Shower screen in ensuite needs replacing, not adequate. Hole in the ceiling in ensuite.
