+Location walking distance from the Nine Arch
−It was not accessible by car, it needed a local Tuktuk to reach the hotel, not convenient to carry luggage. Tuktuk was also costly. At check out they asked us to pay the Google exchange rate whereas the local bank exchange rate was lower. So they asked for more money. When I disagreed they misbehaved with us and the drop off to the main road was refused. The son of the owner left us taking our luggage and asked to walk over the very hilly stiff road, he pushed my father from the Tuktuk. Worst experience ever.

+The host was a lovely lady (sorry can't remember her name) The balcony has an amazing view of the Ella Gap and partial view of the 9 arch bridge. Comfortable bed, clean smelling bedding. Great breakfast.
−Very low water pressure in bathroom-needs addressing. No Wifi

+The hosts have been lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was really nice. Great location with a view of the nine arch bridge.

+Właściciele byli bardzo pomocni. Gospodyni przygotowywała pyszne śniadania, dopasowując się z godziną podania. Wszystkie prośby były realizowane.

“Repetiría esta estancia en Ella”
+Ubicación inmejorable, con mucha tranquilidad pese a ser lugar de paso para ir a ver los 9 Arch, se puede ir andando a visitarlos en una ruta de unos 5-10 minutos a pie. Nos sorprendió favorablemente la terraza, la cual es un mirador excelente hacia el valle donde se encuentran los 9 Arch. Anfitriona muy amable con excelente desayuno incluido en el precio.
