“Decent location and price, Spacious Room, but Careful about in-suite AC temperature control”
+The room is spacious with an in-suite kitchen. Location is awesome within walking distance to a subway station. The neighborhood is historical, and I felt safe most of the time when I walked around. Staff and receiptionist are super!
−The door is not well sound-isolation, so I heard people talking outside in the midnight. The AC can't be controled by yourself, so I didn't sleep quite well due to the room temperature.

“Wonderful to explore DC sights by bicycle”
+Free bicycles which worked perfectly in bicycle-friendly capitol area; location in mellow GWU area within walking distance of the national mall and metro to airport; very spacious room; bathtub
−Had to ask to shut down airco as it made lots of noise and had no physical/ digital option for guests to deactivate it; noisy at times from the hallway and outside

“Beautiful hotel steps from the GWU campus.”
+Lovely hotel in a quiet residential cul-de-sac between GWU and the river. Great staff. Two blocks to the Metro.

+The staff was welcoming and professional. Our room was spacious and immaculate upon our arrival. The little kitchen was nice and perfect for our six day stay. The bed was comfy and so was the couch. Good channel selection on the TV. Good secure wifi. Nice view toward the Potomac from our 8th floor window. Nice rain shower head in a spotless shower and bathroom. The staff was very attentive and greeted us whenever we left or arrived. A friendly staff who cares is a rare find today. Very good Italian restaurant in the lobby. The hotel is about a mile walk to the Lincoln Memorial and 3 miles to the rear of the Capitol. We walked 8-10 miles per day and visited many of the popular attractions. Even Arlington Cemetery, US Capitol, and National Zoo were all within walking distance. Under ten minutes walk to lots of restaurant choices, Whole Foods, Western Market and Georgetown. Metro five minutes away. We will definitely return as five full days barely scratched the surface of all there is to see.
−Honestly we have nothing negative to say.
