“Had a great time”
+Convenient location to walking for meals and snacks. Easy taxi to shops. Close to the water for viewing the ocean. In room laundry, comfortable beds and pillows which is rare in Japan. Amazing staff
−The hot tub is not hot, Luke warm at best and not open many hours. Shower water went hot cold often

+Sehr gute Lage nahe an der Uferpromenande mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Whirlpool im zweiten Stock der in gutem Zustand ist. Die Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon und seperates WC. Es gibt ein paar kostenlose Frühstücks-Snacks und immer kostenlosen Kaffee im Rezeptions-Raum. Die Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche. Das beste Hotel während unserer vierwöchigen Reise in Japan!

“My stay was ok except for the rude waitress”
+Front desk staff were ok and Filipino staff were polite and friendly.The male Japanese clerk Was also helpful and polite likewise the Indian guy. And Japanese lady

+I stayed at the Moana for three weeks, and enjoyed my entire time there. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and spoke very good english. Housekeeping was done every three days, but you can always ask the front staff for toiletry refills, if needed. AC/dehumidifier worked great and kept the room cool, especially during the days that got up to 110+ degrees F. And the in-room washer+dryer was also super useful to wash sweaty clothes. Hotel offers free parking too; but it gets full at nights. But don't worry, give the keys to the staff and they'll find a place for you. Overall a superb stay at the Moana, I highly recommend it!

+Can't say enough of how friendly the staff are. It made my 2 kids veryt comfortable. washing machine in the room was a nice extra.
−Just a motel feel, maybe as opposed to a hotel. Still nice little place.

+Das Zimmer war sehr schön und man hätte eine eigene Waschmaschine mit Trockner im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett und es gab gratis Frühstück, gratis Wasser und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Es war sehr sauber.
−Die Klimaanlage steht auf dem Balkon, man kann sich nicht raussetzen wenn sie läuft weil es dann sehr heiß ist.

“Lovely place to enjoy Okinawa”
+This hotel is in the perfect location, away from the touristy American Village but still close to beaches, restaurants, bars and seafront walks. The room was comfortable, clean, bright and had good kitchen essentials and a washer & dryer. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful and went out of the way to make my stay pleasant even during a typhoon and the resulting flight delays.
−Room cleaning more than twice each week would have been nice, maybe every other day even
