“Exceptional Hospitality - Dylan and Haven Made Our Stay Special! ❤️”
+Absolutely brilliant! Hoxton Hotel was exactly what my eight-year-old son and I needed after a very distressing experience with our previous accommodation. A special thank you to Dylan, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us check in shortly after 6am, well before the usual 2pm check-in time. His kindness, understanding and professionalism meant so much to us. Haven was equally fantastic! Both made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and just what we needed to finally relax and enjoy our Dublin holiday. Outstanding hospitality and wonderful staff. We couldn't have asked for better!
−Absolutely nothing! Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were particularly grateful for the exceptional kindness and flexibility shown by the staff.

“A great place to relax and restore while exploring Dublin.”
+Loved the location, convenience of location and walkability as well as the ease to get to the airport and back. The food at Hoxton was great, especially breakfast and the staff... so good! I always try to find a Hoxton when traveling and am never disappointed.
−The only issue I had was how my room door would click loudly whenever someone would open a door in the hall way. The vacuum of air in the hall would cause this.

“Great stay at the Hoxton”
+The location was excellent. Short walk to the Trmple Bar and Grafton Street. Excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. Recommend guided tour of Tinty College Dublin/ the Book of Kells Experience.
−Rooms were nice but small. Showers are excellent!

“Great location but service and value for money lacking.”
+The location is brilliant for the 3Olympia Theatre, all staff members were pleasant, and the building and facilities are clean and new.
−The hotel sends a link via WhatsApp to check in and it is a required question to provide passport information, despite repeated warnings on Booking.com to not trust WhatsApp messages from properties and not to share personal information. There were issues with ordering room service with the wrong item brought and not rectified. There is no chain on hotel room doors to provide extra security. The breakfast price was different than quoted upon check-in. All small issues that added up to a disappointing stay.
