“good for one night”
+Parking at the hotel is no problem. The pancakes for breakfast were good, but the free toast and jam never turned up. Bed was good, Wifi as well. The room was bigger than expected.
−Room was rather cold when we arrived. The heating worked well, nevertheless. The hotel is immediately at the main road, so it is quite noisy. I will never understand why hotels think that 1 chair is enough in a room for two. There would have been enough space for a second one.

“Wir waren sehr glücklich, in diesem Hotel in Helensburgh zu übernachten.”
+Ja doch: das Frühstück war überraschend gut. Es war auch toll, dass wir am Abend im Restaurant noch was Kleines essen konnten. Super war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre.
−Alles optimal.

“Disappointing”
+Room was a good size
−2 towels had stains, walls were cuffered in scuffs and stains, shower drain was broken, shower doors didn't close, shower head barely worked, bedroom curtains were so thin they barely blocked out any light, dressing table still had grains of rice on it from a previous guest, mini fridge was really loud, mattress cover had a hole in it. When we arrived the main door was locked, no notice to tell you to press the call buzzer, staff were very lacking and we felt like it was a hassle to check us in.
