“6 star”
+Home from home. The only thing that would be good, is a micro wave, BUT!! That is not a deal breaker. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nicky and Martin were great hosts they showed you around and then left you alone. Could not find fault. Would stay again, no problem.
−The batteries didn't work in tv control 🤣🤣🤣 nicky changed them as soon as I told her. As you can see, I'm struggling to find fault.😎

“Very cozy and homey, great deal for my first visit to Kent”
+The place itself was clean and nice, really felt like I had my own private space to myself. The free coffee/tea was also delightful. Host recommended some great food spots along the coast, Millie's ended up becoming one of my favourites :) Host also catered some extra blankets for me as I mentioned in my requests that I get cold easily - really appreciated that.
−Saw a couple spiders during my stay, though mostly small ones. Most likely due to weather + since it was the tail end of the heatwave, I preferred to sleep with the window open for air.

“Ideal stay, 15 minute stroll to sandy beach and mainline station.”
+Very well presented double room, spotless including the shower room. Would most definitely stay again.

+A vendéglátó figyelmes volt. Mindennap kaptunk 1 üveg vizet és kávéport.
−A szoba egy családi ház alagsorában volt, amit nem jeleztek a foglalási oldalon. A házigazda is a házban lakik. Ez meglepetés volt számunkra. Sajnos dohos/penész szag volt érezhető és az ágyban lévő matrac nem volt kényelmes.

“Great short break in Birchington on sea!”
+Comfortable bed and private basement bedroom and shower.
−Would have loved breakfast. But was aware beforehand that it was not available.

“When can I come back”
+The host was very helpful and friendly, she even washed my sandy dirty clothes after being buried alive by my kids on our beach day.
−Nothing everything was great, parking was a little hard as was on a busy neighborhood street
