“Lugar acogedor y de excelente ubicación”
+La ubicación es excelente. No faltaba detalle en la habitación y todo estaba muy limpio. No ofrecían desayunos pero en recepción tenían detalles gratis como fruta, frutos secos, galletas. Además al lado del hotel había una panadería-pastelería con un café muy rico.

+Le personnel était très amical. L'hôtel est situé proche du centre de Côme, ce qui permet d'atteindre facilement les points intéressants de la ville à pied.
−La propreté était décevante. Le plus gros point négatif étant la moisissure dans la douche.

“Tranquilo y muy cercano al lago y a la estación de ferrys”
+El desayuno en Ambrogio, una cafetería cercana es espectacular. Pides a la carta lo que deseas, el personal es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es céntrica, aunque no tiene vistas al lago, sino a una calle o un patio interior, según la habitación que te toque. El personal del hotel es muy atento y agradable, pero a partir de las 18:00 hrs no hay recepción y accedes por una puerta lateral. En parte está bien. No obstante, si llegas más tarde de esa hora tienen un protocolo activado para que puedas acceder a la habitación facilitandote unas claves de acceso. Hemos estado bien.

“Great place and excellent value for money!”
+Staff were all very friendly, accessible and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size and very clean! Also super close to the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Loved our stay here :)

“Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt”
+Wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich von Anna empfangen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
−Wir können die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Der unbeschreibliche Geruch im Badezimmer Defekter WC Sitz Zustand im Badezimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Handtuchhalter z.b. fehlt, teils lose Steckdosen TV hat nicht funktioniert Fenster undicht und sehr hellhörig zur Straße. Hellhörige Zimmer Wir sind frühzeitig abgereist

+First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Anna for everything. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but she had prepared everything for us and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. We travel quite often as two couples and have visited many different places, but all four of us agreed that Ms. Anna was truly exceptional. We were genuinely impressed by how caring, helpful, and attentive she was towards her guests. Even when it was difficult to find a taxi for us, Ms. Anna managed to arrange one, personally accompanied us, and made sure we safely reached the taxi. Anna, please always stay exactly as you are. You are absolutely wonderful! I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Isabelle for running such a wonderful hotel in such a fantastic location. The location, the hotel itself, and all the staff were simply excellent. If we visit Como again, this will definitely be the place we choose to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como. Thank you, Anna and Isabelle, for making our stay so special!
