+We had such a lovely stay at The Chamberson! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! The room was beautifully spacious, with gorgeous high ceilings that gave it such an airy and welcoming feel. The kitchen was well equipped, the facilities were great, and the location was super convenient for exploring Dunedin. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better! Just a little tip: make sure to let the staff know your arrival time, as reception closes around 6 pm. Such a charming and comfortable place to stay. We would happily come back!

“Not my first choice.. but could stay there in a pinch!”
+Very clean apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
−This is an apartment so no restaurant etc. The mezzanine layout and too much furniture jammed into a small footprint over the 2 levels. No cafes, restaurants close by.

−There was not much choice with the TV viewing unless you could log into your own streaming accounts.

“A very enjoyable and convenient stay.”
+Excellent location, very comfortable and warm.
−Pillows were a bit firm and tall - would be good to have a choice of pillows within the room

+Amazing location, easy check in, clean and modern. Was a great base to explore Dunedin. Next door to cafes and nearby art shops.
−I chose a small room to reduce cost. On the top floor, with only a skylight. Even though it was winter, to cool down I needed to slightly open the skylight.

“Fantastic accommodation but take your early if you aren’t used to road noise.”
+Beautifully renovated property right in the centre of town, with great facilities and incredibly helpful host.
−Being on a crossroads-there is quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.
