“Best ever hotel experience”
+Absolutely everything. It is the best experience in over 20 years of travelling for work. No noise. Quiet, clean, warm room with superb en-suite facilities. I loved the decor, which was relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and I fell asleep immediately, which is what I wanted. Check in staff were quick in processing me, and their presentation was excellent. The whole experience was truly memorable. And for the price it is very reasonable. A big thank you to all of you at the hotel.
−There was nothing to dislike. It was an excellent experience. I was very lucky to book this hotel at short notice. A very memorable place never to be forgotten.

“Could be much better”
+The staff are very nice.
−Dirty carpet. Bathroom light too bright. Think of the pillow covers smelt like they had been used by someone. Poor breakfast selection. Very noisy being opposite venues. Room not very soundproofed. Mugs in bedroom too small.

+Very friendly staff, clean and well equipped room, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great central location. Surprisingly quiet given the area is surrounded by pubs.
−The only down side was there wasn't a hairdryer in the room and the water struggled a little to stay warm at one point in the morning

“Excellent”
+Near Neath rail station, shops, pubs Knoll Country park with waterfall scenery cafe etc worth a visit. Staff at hotel friendly helpful, lift for wheelchair. The only minus is the bath having to climb in. Would stay in hotel again.
−No evening meals but plenty eating restaurants nearby. Excellent hotel.
