+Wonderful staff, great facilities, and excellent room set up. Super fun to look at the Beaverdam by kayak.
−Unfortunately, the pullout couch hadn’t been used in a long time and was full of old crumbs and Cheerios. Wasn’t the end of the world as there were two other bunkbeds to use

+The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond, always friendly and accommodating our needs! The staff made up for the very run down and out dated place.
−The buildings and units are in some SERIOUS need of remodeling, very out dated! Stains on furniture, carpets in need of replacement. Very run down. Mattresses were super uncomfortable. (Considering the prices charged per night, I expected a bit more) The advertisement should be changed to one hot tub instead of two, misleading. Sauna and pool worked fine.

+Friendly staff. If you are into nature, birding, and private access to the beach without the crowds, this is the place to stay. It is very peaceful even with families and dogs. The units were built in the 70's, updated and spotless. Will be coming back.
−There was nothing that could have been better. We were there to get away.

“Taking it back to the old school, it was cool.”
+They had everything you needed and in such a great location. Early morning walks to the beach, afternoon sauna after boogie boarding. Games in the game room, board games too. A killer selection of DVDs got to school the kids. Nightly bon fires, that I didn’t have to light! Super chill. It was so nice to be with the family.
−A little dated but clean.

“Great location if on the coast.”
+The manager and staff were very helpful When we asked for a later check out for the next AM they even moved us to a condo where no one was checking in. They weren't hung up on what time we were leaving either. Trevor even let me use his computer to log in to my airline since their wifi isn't very good. Their pool and hot tub and sauna were a great surprise. It was the only place we stayed that had any of those during our 10 day Washington trip. Surfcrest, you need to be good to him or he may find another job and it would be your loss.
