+Staff is nice and helpful
−The room its not meant for 3 adult sharing, firstly its so small with one small window Secondly the aircon is not working Thirdly the room is so small no movement can be made. Forthly no wardrobes/cabinets clothes must be on the floor in this small room, no table, no charging points we were charhing at the reception. If it wasn't the fact that i booked through Brookings.com i would have canceled my bookings but thought that i w8nt get my refund now to go and book another accommodation let us stay. On the window there is a big growing tree that is blocking the view we can't see outside we only see the tree. The toilet paper is the brown not wven one ply, 🙄🙄🙆🙆🙆

+Its 2026 please upgrade your electrical plugs. They should have twin socket. It makes a lot of convenience for a simple travler

“Check in not friendly at all”

−I have phoned to ask if we can check in early by 12 so that we can arrive at event on time but when we got there 😔 we were told we can't they still busy cleaning.

+I like that it's near a Spur ☺️ and the garage around the corner together with the Mamoza mall and also Inversitas hospital nearby, and the staff is very friendly and helpful 🙏🙏

+I absolutely loved how hospitable the cleaning staff was. I think the name of the cleaning lady I did managed to note was Nosipho/Nozipho.
−There was an administrative error between bookings.com and Sun 1. This resulted in 2 random men being given the key card to my room and finding me inside when they opened the door.The lady who was then sent to my room (Lesego; based on the name tag she had on her shirt) to investigate the occurrence; then proceeded to try and place the liability for the error and the potential dire consequences that could’ve resulted from it on me. What was said to me in this regard was that bookings.com and Sun 1 are not interlinked and even though I sent a message that was acknowledged, responded to and undersigned (Sun 1 Team),the Sun 1 Team was unaware of my booking and of that communication. And that after communicating online with the sun 1 team I should also come and do it in person in order for my communications with them to actually be noted. Her address came with a slight passive aggressiveness in her tone. It was accusatory and had an unwillingness to acknowledge the context I was trying to explain to her even when I showed her confirmation. Which I found to be unfair, unwarranted and I did not appreciate it given the circumstances. The interaction ended inconclusively. No further clarit
