“I am on a family tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina, contrary to what is written, for the first time I came across a hotel,”
+Nothing. I did not stay, none of the facilities written in the hotel were available.
−The hotel room was not the one I booked, most of the lights were not working, no hair dryer, no fridge, the TV was just for decoration, there was no channel connection, the bathroom was disgusting, even the light above the mirror was melted, I went to the reception twice, asked for a solution, they told me IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GO. Of course I left without paying, to another hotel.
