+The location was excellent, and the check-in process was easy and straightforward.
−The room itself was extremely basic. The biggest downside was that the toilet was not inside the room. Instead, we had to leave our room and use a code to access a separate toilet. This was not clearly stated in the booking description. Additionally, the walls were very thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible.

“For the price and location for just a night or two it was great!”
+Location was great walking distance to all the bars and nightlife on cap hill.
−Parking was really difficult to find & the bed was not very comfortable.

−Honestly, it almost feels like a scam. First of all, I waited almost an hour on just checking in part, standing outside of the gate. No message ahead on checkin instruction. I have to call to figure it all out by myself, and the reply is very slow. It wasn't clear that the place is shared by at least 5-6 other people. Wall is thin and not sound-proof. Loud sounds happened at 4 am in the morning.

+Eine sehr saubere und gepflegtes Hotel. Man hat sich um alles gekümmert und ich hab mich richtig wohlgefühlt.Highlight ist die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und die schöne Lage.Jederzeit wieder und vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit.

+I like all the amenities that came with the room, especially a kitchen.
−I didn't like the parking situation. I had to wake up early as my car was at a 2-hour zone parking. The bed is good for those who like soft beds

“amazing stay”
+lovely stay at this property. Really good location, clean and spacious room for a few days. Very accessible by public transport! Super easy check in/out process, and hosts were very good with communication. Would stay here again if we’re back in seattle!
−Parking is relatively easy to find on broadway ave but a few blocks away and walk back is uphill. we just parked our car there and walked around mostly which was the easiest option!! there is two hour parking on all surrounding streets, but it’s very busy. Not necessarily a negative but good to know :)

“Very good”
+The location was incredible, parking is complicated and visitors should be told to find a parking spot through SpotHero or similar so they don’t get a ticket trying to repark the car due to being surrounded by 2hr signs.
−The bathroom isn’t in the room.
