+18 minutes walk to downtown in the heat. Room sufficient. Gym. Stored my bag
−I found the staff only okay, not helpful, Mexican staff, hard to understand NZ English. Lest pleasant so far on my trip. Shuttle runs to their schedule, found myself walking alot of the time, yes in the heat in Phoenix. Only breakfast, however it was good. No other restaurant. No early check in.

+Big rooms, good location
−If you plan to stay at the hotel for just one night and you want to check out before 12:00 PM, be prepared to pay for two nights, because the hotel charges the equivalent of an extra night for an early checkout. It’s really not right...

“It was a Comfortable and quiet stay.”
+There was a lot of parking. It is close to downtown, Phoenix. The room was more spacious than expected. The use of computer and printer downstairs. There was a laundry room if needed. Breakfast was included.
−I had mainly a positive experience.
