“Fabulous stay would recommend it to anyone”
+It was clean and spacious. The bedding and towels were changed regularly throughout the stay. The family were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

“Wonderful property, definitely to return”
+Absolutely lovely property, family run business with all the facilities for a long or short stay. The host , Maria is wonderful , she is very friendly, polite and helpful with everything. The property has its own taverna with good food and authentic greek atmosphere . The cleaning is spotless and it's done daily , the pool is very beautiful with nice view of the green surroundings. The location is very good to see the main attractions of the island, the property has a huge parking also. We will definitely return in the future.

“Great place for a relaxing holiday”
+Lovely place for a very relaxing holiday. Great location to many restaurants. Rooms were spotless. The owners were lovely, very nice people.

“Fantastic place to stay close to Kolios Beach!”
+A beautiful place to stay with brilliant pool and on site taverna! Walking distance to Kolios beach and lots of other places to eat as well. Lovely staff - family run place who are brilliant with kids!

“Family run place for a family vacation”
+A great accomodation - while not top-of-the-line luxury resort, it is a well maintained small hotel run by three generational family team from reception, through kitchen to cleaning and maintenance. Everything is take care of with a warm smile and you will feel welcome. The facilities are aged, but clean and well maintainted. We had no issues with anything and took advantage of daily breakfast (promptly restocked), pristine pool and spacious rooms (with enough towels and toiletries). The location is not "beachfront", but still convenient - placed in a calm spot with view of the rolling hills, it is still a short 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, across the street from a small convenience store and within 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The city "center" with some amazing restaurants is just a 10 minute walk away.
−The breakfast selection is very limited and the same every day - white toast, boiled or fried eggs, ham, cheese, sweet pastries, tomatoes, canned peaches, greek yoghurt, honey, jam and nutella, oragne juice, water and coffee and tea of course . If you want a bit more variety, you can visit one of the places in Kolios "center" or just cook your own :) The main double bed had a very hard matress. This is not "bad", but if you're used to softer sleeping it's good to know. The hotel is "uphill" - you have to walk quite a steep slope or stairs to get there from the main road. If you don't have a car and your mobility is limited, it's good to know. Otherwise you'll get some excercise and build an appetite for dinner :)

“Skiathos Diamond: comodità assoluta.”
+Stanze ampie e comode. Materassi purtroppo scomodi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Balcone presente, particolarmente comodo. Spazi all'aperto ampi e godibilissimi (fantastico il verde attorno alla struttura). Posizione eccellente rispetto alle spiagge ed alla città di Skiathos. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto attenti.
−La strada di accesso alla struttura è strettissima. Nota molto dolente la colazione, povera e sempre uguale. Niente frutta fresca. Pomodoro si, ma niente feta. Dolci limitatissimi. Niente croissant. Nessuna possibilità di farsi un cappuccino o un latte macchiato fatti bene. Uova presenti ma niente bacon. Da rivedere completamente.
