−I went there with my friends after being told about the breakage fee of R1100 which was not clear when we booked.we arrived and there was no key to the room,we were made to run around to get the key until we were only able to check in late...fast forward the breakage fee was meant to be refundable after checkout. We checked out on the 16/02/2025 UNTILL NOW NO REFUND and this Gatsheni is ignoring us...we ended up paying R1800 + R1100...if I could warn u,run from this place
