+Hôtel familial propre et agréable. Chambre avec 2 grands lits où nous avons très bien dormi (matelas ferme). Le petit déjeuner est trés bon (pancake maison). Personnel trés sympathique.

+Tout, le personnel souriant, disponible et très aidant pour la location de scooter, pour les renseignements des établissements et lieux des environs, Merci beaucoup c'était génial. La chambre, le petit dej et la piscine étaient très bien aussi, c'était un fabuleux séjour. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.

+We had a lovely stay at Sand Hotel on Cat Ba Island! The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from, including different types of eggs, sausages, vegetable dishes, muesli, fresh juice, fresh fruit, and more. Our room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The location was also convenient, about 1 km from the beach and close to Flamingo Hotel. The beach was cosy, modern, and pretty clean, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sea. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cat Ba Island!

“You get what you pay for!”
+Good location and bed was comfortable
−Bathroom - corner bath with shower head to attach to wall! So water sprayed all over floor no matter how careful you were! Breakfast - pass!! You could stand a spoon in the coffee!! Very basic and tbh the 2nd morning we ate out!

+The staff was nice and friendly. The location is right on the high street. The bed was comfortable.
−The room was a bit too small, making it difficult for two people to move around. Additionally, the bathroom door hit the toilet whenever it was opened. The air conditioning is positioned directly opposite the bed; since I am not used to AC, the cold air blowing on my face kept me awake. Unfortunately, turning it off made the room too hot. Lastly, the bed was missing a duvet."

“The hotel is in a great location for food, shops, beaches and all Cat Ba has to offer. Staff are pleasant, the rooms spa”
+Good location. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good breakfast. Lovely swimming pool.
−Air conditioning unit only hit one side of the bed. Room was clean but parts of the communal hotel needs attention. Staff were pleasant and nice. Didn’t like the way they were on their phones at breakfast with loud videos playing.

“Prim verblijf”
+Het rook lekker fris op de hotelkamer en het was een fijn bed en badkamer.
−Je kon op het balkon niet gaan zitten. Je kon kleding laten wassen wat erg fijn was maar het werd binnenstebuiten opgevouwen en er zaten veel kreuken in.
