“Far from Central Area but Most Convenient and Worth Your Bucks”

If you can check the time on Google Maps, everything was comfortable and quite punctual, requiring planning. The important thing is that I felt like I was at home because I had a kitchen, so I could buy something from the supermarket and cook it here. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is an a nice bathroom with cold and hot water that can be adjusted appropriately. There is a coffee shop that serves breakfast nearby. Rachel, the host, is very friendly and provided excellent assistance. I arrived here very early in the morning, around nine in the morning, and as scheduled, I was supposed to check in at 15:00. I could even travel to the airport by public transportation without having to wait for an Uber. ไม่ชอบแค่อย่างเดียวคือสถานที่นี้อยู่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่ถ้าศึกษาเรื่องขนส่งสาธารณะให้ดี จะไม่มีปัญหาอะไรเลย ผมยังสามารถเดินทางไปสนามบินด้วยขนส่งสาธารณะได้สบาย โดยไม่ต้องรออูเบอร์เลย

“Modern, clean, close to Curzon hall (few mins drive away)”
+Very modern looking.
−The long weeds out the front of the place. The seeds got on our clothes. Didn't get a facewasher to dry face so had to use the towel.

+Very convenient location for my Sydney visit. My host was very helpful and the facilities were very good.

“Owner needs to improve communication and avoid double booking. Have a kettle and heater.”
+the place was quite new and had some useful features like a washing machine
−It was very difficult to contact the owner of this property. I had to call at least 3x. She wouldn't reply to the messages on booking.com or the text messages. I was told my accommodation was double-booked a day before the booking. It was a cold night, and there was no kettle or heater. I requested these via sms, even knocked on the front door - no answer. Ended up cooking water in a pan to put into my thermos.

“Great value and comfortable stay if you don’t mind being out of the centre”
+Lovely shared house, nice and clean and comfortable with everything I needed to cook and do washing etc. Good value for money and easy to get the bus to the local shopping mall. Quite a way out of the city as I had no car I had to get bus/trains so it took about an hour but that’s okay as it was much more affordable than city centre hotels etc!
−Had a nightmare getting a response from anyone to get in the property though even though I had messaged before my flight to arrange getting in to drop stuff off early. I was sat outside for an hour and a half with no response which wasn’t fun!
