“It all turned out just fine.”
+It was clean and looked newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The owner was great and very helpful. She didn't think she had a ground floor room but managed to move some around for me.
−It was in what I felt was a sketchy area but & I was concerned about my car being broken into. But all was fine. There is a fenced in parking but I would suggest they somehow lock it at night with a passcode to leave early. The lock on my door was difficult to work so I was glad I brought food so I didn't have to leave.

+The owners were very friendly. The mattress was comfortable . There is a nice size frig & microwave. The parking was nice & safe.
−There is no ice maker., no coffee maker in the rooms, not even a plastic cup to drink water. No shampoo, no hair dryer, cheapest quality soap bars that break easily. 2 bath towels and 2 finger/ face towels that have seen better days. Upon arrival the frig in the room was not even plugged. Noisy road close by. The Tv streaming is unsteady. The room is very small.

“It's a decent place if you just need a place to sleep overnight. The owners are very friendly.”
+We just need a stop overnight before we head to Pinnacles national Park, The location is convenient.

“The price was very low, so I can't have many complaints. Very friendly and helpful.”
+The proprietor was friendly and accommodating, waiting up for my late arrival and showing me personally to my room.
−The queen mattress was draped across a twin frame, apparently, so that it flopped on either side in an arc. It was difficult to sleep on.

“Nice, affordable room with friendly owners!”
+Great people and a comfortable, pleasant room. The microwave and fridge came in handy and the ac worked really well. Plus the bed and pillows were well appointed.
