“Un peu déçue”
+La localisation était parfaite, quartier magnifique dans la vieille ville, très belle vue sur l'église San Matteo. Nous étions directement dans le centre historique piéton. Les lits étaient très confortable et la chambre était propre. Douche très agréable et chaude.
−Sauna et hammam en panne a notre arrivée. Impossible de les utiliser. La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a dit qu'on pouvait utiliser le hammam au début puis finalement non. Ensuite elle a dit qu'on pouvait utiliser le sauna mais seulement a 87 degrés. Quand nous l'avons utilisé le courant a sauté a 70 degrés. Le lendemain on nous a dit qu'il ne fallait finalement pas l'utiliser. Nous avons obtenu 15% de réduction seulement.

+This is an outstanding apartment located right outside San Mateo Church and less than 5 minutes walk from the blue lines outside the historic center parking. The balcony has a breathtaking view of San Mateo church, just 5 minutes walk of everything churches, restaurants. The apartment has a small living area, a spa style bathroom with sauna and a spacious separate bedroom
−The sauna aparte toy broke two days before my arrival and I was not told until the day I checked in. I received a 10% off but I would have been very happy with my sauna working

“Good base for sights of Lecce but some access problems.”
+Location
−Access via awkward door off the street (which was hampered by roadworks). Dark hallway with light switch out of reach. The staircase with no handrail and smooth marble stairs. Positively dangerous for anyone with mobility issues.

+Great location, spacious rooms, quiet, nice decor
−I had a dirty towel from a spill and I left on the floor. I thought the cleaner had replaced it and went to use the towel and found they had picked up the dirty towel off the floor and put it back on the rack like it was clean !

+Beautiful, was magical, great building, right across a beautiful church. Interior was beautiful, safe, modern updates, charming in classic ways.
−Need kitchen wares, don’t have what i need to have a meal.

“Lovely stay, highly recommend”
+Beautiful apartment, excellent shower, great location 2 minutes walk from piazza san Oronzo. Host very responsive to messages and questions
−Location inside traffic exclusion zone means we needed to plan well ahead for parking and luggage drop off. Unfortunately the message informing us of this was only sent on our day of arrival whilst we were flying so I didn’t receive it. Also front door of apartment building is not well signed and difficult to find. Access for people with mobility issues might be a problem ( 2 flights of stairs, no lift)
