+I had a great 3 night stay here, the place was spacious, the bed comfortable and Thusitha the host was delightful. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

+Bon rapport qualité prix à Ella Lit confortable Hôte très gentille !! Attention très grosse pente pour remonter à l’hôtel, si vous avez des difficultés de marche ou autre ça peut être compliqué, on l’a fait pendant les 4j sans problème mais ça peut être difficile pour certaines personnes

+The room was fantastic and well maintained, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast we were served was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka.
−Although very centrally located, the property was up a steep hill. Effort to climb up at the end of a tiring day.

“A peaceful, homely stay surrounded by nature and warmth.”
+The homestay is tucked away in the perfect remote location, surrounded by beautiful trees and lush greenery. The host is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the two super-cute, friendly dogs added so much charm to the property. If you’re looking for a quieter, homely stay away from the usual touristy vibe, I’d 100% recommend this place. The host was very polite and the cottage was absolutely spotless.
−The room lacks storage and space. There was not enough space for unpacking and movement inside the room.

“charmant et calme”
+Personnel vraiment au petit soin, d'une extrême gentillesse. Un cadre à l'extérieur de la ville, très calme mais très accessible à pied ou en tuktuk . La chambre était très propre et confortable. possibilité de faire laver le linge sur place. très belle découverte.

+I loved everything about this place! The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lovely garden. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The cooking class is an absolute must , I learnt so much preparing delicious Sri Lankan curries, rice, roti, fried bananas and more. A wonderful experience! Highly recommended, both the room and the cooking class. Thank you for everything!

We especially enjoyed the delicious dinner prepared by the homestay, followed by a very good breakfast the next morning. The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared with great care. “Empfehlenswert”
+Die Lage ist super, man kann die Stadt und die Nine Arch Bridge super zu Fuß erreichen. Der Familyroom ist in der kleinen Hütte, die mit den zwei Doppelbetten sehr eng ist, aber zum schlafen völlig ausreichend. Draußen gibt es noch Liegestühle, eine Hollywoodschaukel und eine Sitzgruppe. Das Frühstück, das man für ca. 6$ dazu buchen kann, ist sehr gut.
