+Krásné, čisté a pohodlné ubytování. Služby jako v hotelu a přitom klid rodinného apartmánu. Lokalita blízko centra. V příjemném prostředí vás uvítá velmi milý a příjemný majitel. Rádi se vrátíme .

“Perfect place to stay in Prague with top-notch management”
+We had a perfect 10/10 stay at Residence Vocelova with a family of 4. The apartments are ideally located, a short walk from the central train station as well as museums and the old town, but also close enough to a nice residential neighbourhood with great restaurants and cafés for those hoping to get a break from the top tourist spots. The apartment we stayed in was very well maintained and well-equipped, and kept in spotless condition by the daily cleaning staff. The managers are extremely well organised, friendly, and helpful: they were very communicative, check-in was seamless, and they gave us all the information we needed to get our visit off to a good start. Their very high rating is clearly well-deserved and hard-earned - I looked at the comments in the negative reviews before booking, and it seemed to me like all the feedback from past guests has been addressed and made part of their standard operations.

+住宿的環境每天都打掃非常乾淨！住宿老闆非常親切斯文！在第三天冰箱內，有一盤免費的水果，令人驚訝！借我們的雨傘，在速食店被偷了一支，老闆說沒有關係！

“It was enjoyable. I’m very happy and recommend this quiet, convenient and clean apart hotel.”
+Very convenient to the subway. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and good restaurants near by. The staff was attentive and friendly.
−I never was able to keep the duvet on me. Maybe a double duvet with the set up we had would have been better. A clock somewhere would have helped. If you raise the microwave a little opening the freezer door would not be necessary. They are suggestions not criticism.

“Would stay again if we return to Prague”
+Location is ideal for visiting Prague. Just a short walk to the tram stop from which we visited the castle and old town. Lovely room. Very clean and comforable, Host Michael was wonderful. Location near residential area so very quiet. Secure parking for car which we booked in advance
−would have liked a mat in the shower so it wasn't so slippery - but just a minor point

“Świetna lokalizacja”
+Fantastyczna lokalizacji, blisko do przystanku tramwajowego i metra. Wokół mnóstwo restauracji i kawiarni.
