“Dingy, uncomfortable, and not ran appropriately.”
+The bed was comfy. But it was covered in black hair. So clearly not cleaned properly.
−Black hair all over the bed and sheets and pillows etc. Dirty blanket with pasta sauce on it. Deadbolt lock didn’t work to my door, toilet paper was literally razor thin and basically unusable. Room was too hot so I cracked a window to relieve the heat and manager told me to close it cuz he pays for the heat lol well I pay for the room pal…then the office worker walked into my locked room while I was naked with only knocking one time then entering with zero verbal warning. Breaching my privacy. Also very over priced. 150$ a night is hotel prices. Hotels give breakfast and clean rooms with proper heating and cooling and door locks. Also their staff verbally warn before entering. This Indian fella also got lippy with us for bringing up these concerns and instead of accommodating he demanded on refunding me that day so I can “go stay somewhere else then if you don’t like it”

“Poor value for the money”

−Very run down and poorly kept rooms, no internet to speak of. This was one of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed at and the rooms need a total renovation and the cost for all this was very expensive.

“Price reasonable and aligned with our road trip.”
+Location fit well with our road trip, private bathroom, fridge and microwave. Fairly roomy. Check in was flexible times, Check out was very easy and quick. We were able to find restaurants, visit reversing falls and still get to the ferry on time.
−The room was very bright all night, my personal preference is to have more darkness to sleep in. At check in they scanned my drivers license no where else did that, so check in was a little slower.

+Our room had cross ventilation which was good as the weather was very warm. The room was clean and quiet.
−The room was a bit dated but was fine for the price.

+Les matelas étaient vraiment confortable 🥰
−Dans la salle de bain il y avait une odeur constante style eau de puit artésien, on a donc laissé la porte de salle de bain fermée en permanence. Aussi les vis qui retiennent la toilette au sol était un peu pas joli à regarder style brun noir, mais bon pour le prix payé c'était parfait et j'y retournerais sans problème c'est pas la fin du monde.

+Very nice staff, room access is easy with parking right in front of door. Room was spotless. Price was perfect for the room and location.
−Not their fault - it's not right in town, but only 10 minutes tops away. Room is a dated, but it was exceptionally clean and safe. If they upgrade it would raise the price which is quite fair.
