“Great location”
+The location and view from my room was amazing and the takeaway pizza I got was gorgeous and great value for money
−The bed! I was so dissolved it looked amazing, huge but was just so uncomfortable I hardly got any sleep - the mattress was just too soft for me, I realise that is a total personal opinion and if it wasn't for lack of sleep it would be 10/10 for my stay but alas because of this I couldn't stay here again sadly.

“Quite disappointing.”
+I have stayed many times, but this time was not to the standard of previous stays.
−Carpet was badly marked in bedroom, bedside light had to be put on at door in middle of night, body lotion was empty. Only one coffee machine working at breakfast so big queue just to have coffee, could coffee pots be made available given the situation?

“Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again.”
+Great location. Perfectly situated for Glasgow Central and the Hydro. The team members I interacted with (reception and breakfast) were great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with a large selection to choose from.

“Not enjoyable at all.”
+Only good thing would be the location if you are going to OVO
−Vastly overpriced, don’t bother with the Sky bar unless you have booked a table. Went in sat down at a table no reserved sign on it member of staff came over and told me table was reserved I stated there was nothing on the table indicating this and she said there should have been advised her that I was a resident made no difference, she then put a reserved sign on the table and told me I would have to move. Rooms are very basic no comfortable seating in it a bench style table with two chairs and a bench, beware the low lights above this table. Wardrobe very small with 2 small drawers inside, fridge and tea/coffee facilities, not much room to hang clothes. For the price paid for two nights pretty awful, would not stay here again and parking at £25.50 per 24 hours extortionate.

“Room was good size, comfortable & good views . Lacking in warm welcome.”
+Location to OVO Hydro
−Restaurant closed early which does not facilitate guests who are probably at an event. Told we had 8 minutes to order a pizza but could only eat it in our room. Only item of food available! Poor. No table service in Sky Bar £25 parking fee in hotel car park-don’t believe that is specified in hotel details. Online check in & check out links in email didn’t work.No apology offered by check in staff. Only one coffee machine in operation at breakfast- big queue to wait- no good if time is of the essence! Cups ran out, asked staff but no cups appeared & had to use paper ones.
