“Не рекомендую , денег берут много , но не соответствуют вообще”

−Unfortunately, our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca was a huge disappointment. We chose this hotel expecting a high level of comfort and service worthy of its five-star rating and expensive price tag. Sadly, the reality was completely different. The hotel is noticeably outdated, especially inside. There was an unpleasant sewage smell in our room, and the water in the shower did not drain properly. Problems like these are simply unacceptable in a five-star hotel. We were also surprised that we had to specifically request basic amenities such as toothbrushes and bathrobes. At a hotel of this category, these items should be provided without guests having to ask. The breakfast was another disappointment. In my opinion, its quality and variety were barely worthy of a three-star hotel, certainly not a five-star property. The only positive aspect of our stay was a kind and understanding female manager who listened to our complaints, made an effort to help, and arranged for us to change rooms. We genuinely appreciate her professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. However, despite her efforts, our overall experience remained extremely disappointing. My conclusion is simple

“A disappointing stay that fell short of five-star expectations and did not justify the €250 nightly”
+It was a nice room.
−We arrived at 9pm to find that the Sky Bar was closed for a private event, which we had not been told about beforehand. This left us with only one restaurant option. The lifts were so busy with people attending the event that we had to use the stairs. The restaurant appeared to have only two staff members working, and we experienced a very long wait. Parking was also frustrating, with no clear directions on where hotel guests should park. At approximately €250 per night, the room fell short of our expectations for a five-star hotel. There were only two small bottles of water, no minibar or fridge, and the view was disappointing. The bathroom had a shower but no bath, and although the bed was large, it consisted of two mattresses. Overall, the experience did not justify the price or meet the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. I raised these concerns with the manager, who promised to email me, but I have yet to receive any follow-up.
