“Will stay again”
+The 2 guys, Simon and his friend was very nice and very helpful also very social.... I really enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable... thank you
−Maybe just because I dont know Oslo I was not keen on the area.... not as much Norwegians as one would expect when in Norway.

−Nach einer Planänderung wollten wir den Aufenthalt stornieren, unsere Stornierungsanfrage wurde jedoch abgelehnt, also dachten wir wir nehmen die Buchung doch. Vor Ort meinte der Mann vom Host es gäbe keinen Platz und wir müssen gehen. Wir telefonierten mit Booking und bekamen unser Geld zurück, während die Hostess meinte das dies zu Unrecht geschah. Ich nehme an Sie wollten einen schnellen Cashgrab unternehmen der jedoch nicht klappte. Sehr enttäuschend

−Vanskelig kommunikasjon. Telefonmummer som var oppgitt kunne ikke brukes - fikk ikke svar, ikke heller med beskjed etter pipetonen eller sms. Telefonnummeret bør slettes fra annonsen. Kommunikasjon måtte foregå via nett. Ville foretrukket direkte muntlig kommunikasjon

+La posizione centrale e comodissima per gli spostamenti a piedi.
−Purtroppo una struttura con poca pulizia. 4 stanze e un solo bagno non consente bene la gestione del servizio. Nel bagno non é presente nemmeno un tappetino per la doccia(quindi quando si fa la doccia si bagna ovunque). Trovo anche assurdo che per avere diritto ad un’asciugamano bisogna pagare 50 Nok(trattandosi di biancheria indispensabile per il cliente). Inoltre bisognerebbe rivedere il concetto di ospitalità. Ci sono cartelli ovunque nella casa per scrivere ciò che non é consentito fare. Insomma una notte nella struttura può andare bene(se non si ha alcuna esigenza), di più non é possibile.

+-Cerca del centro -Wifi funciona bien
−-No te incluye toallas (5 euros cada una). -Checking a las 6pm. -No hay toallas no para secarte las manos, no hay esterilla al salir de la ducha. -Un baño para 4 habitaciones. (4-6 personas). -No hay jabón en la ducha. -Desorden -Todo es viejo: sartenes rascadas, paños de cocina, platos cada uno diferente, esponjas de lavar platos gastadas. -Limpieza mejorable. Es como estar en un piso de estudiantes. Muchas cosas podrían mejorar con una mínima inversion y cuidado. El coste de un champú, toallas, esterilla de baño,etc no debería ser escusa.
