“Not the ritz but clean and good value”

+There was a roof over my head and I was leaving the following morning
−Everything was terrible and the flies and moths in the room were a total put off for me couldn’t touch anything without flies moving over things and slept under the cover to stop flies etc from getting into my mouth as windows were left open and next to trees!

“Unpleasant”
+Without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The whole place absolutely stank, and the bedding had what appeared to be urine stains on it. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The atmosphere was extremely unpleasant, and I felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout my stay. I was also concerned about some of the other guests staying there. The cleanliness and overall standards were absolutely shocking. This place should not be allowed to accommodate paying guests in such conditions. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I would never stay here again, even if it were free. Absolutely disgraceful!

“Good value, helpful staff, comfortable bedroom, just what a traveller needs on sensible budget.”
+The reception chap was attentive, efficient, and helpful. The room was functional but good value for the price. Shower and bathroom all good.
−On the edge of an industrial estate, but the cost of a good night sleep and easy parking outweighed a pretty view!

“Wouldn't be my first choice next time...”
+This was ideal as a cheap stopover to break up a journey, but was the very definition of getting what you pay for!
−Probably wouldn't use this place again, unless budget was the highest priority. Really uncomfortable bed (mattress in dire need of replacing), and could hear way too much through the walls from other rooms (fortunately, in this case, just raised voices over a card game rather than the other sort of thing). At £40 for a Saturday night though, it was still somehow decent value, and I kind of slept OK... it did the job.

“helpful staff clean and comfortable ideal stop over location”
+the room was clean and basic fitted our needs ideal for one overnight stop over. staff were friendly there was more facilities but we did not use then as we were told they could offer us a continental breakfast if we wanted it . they also have a bar onsite
−size of the bed it was a really small double , not a standard double not ideal to share. the carpark was really busy and our room was at the front and above the door entrance can be quite noisy
