+Sehr zentrale Lage, gut erreichbar. Genügend Parkplätze auf hoteleigenem Parkplatz. Historisches Gebäude hat gewissen Charme und Geschichte. Teile wurden anscheinend vor kurzem renoviert/neu gestrichen. Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt und Berge. Sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.
−Armaturen im Badezimmer sind sehr verschlissen und Wasserdruck am Duschkopf war sehr schwach. Man kann aber auch schönes Bad nehmen. Fenster und Balkontür ließen sich zum Lüften leider nicht kippen (Fenstergriff fehlte und Bohrlöcher waren mit Klebeband abgedeckt. Man konnte aber die Balkontür ganz öffnen).

“Nettes Hotel im Zentrum”
+Der Herr an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Auch im Restaurant war das Personal sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, bis auf das Bad. Es war auch sehr sauber. Toller Saunabereich. Genau im Zentrum war auch toll.
−Wir haben extra ein Hotel gesucht mit Restaurant. Da wir abends nicht noch auf die Suche gehen wollten. Hat am 1. Abend geklappt. Am 2. leider nicht, da eine Hochzeit und ein Reisebus da waren. War sehr ärgerlich weil umliegend alle Restaurants ausgebucht oder geschlossen hatten. Der Pool war leider nicht so, dass man sich hätte gemütlich hin legen können. Im Saunabereich schon aber das war ein Ruhebereich und für Unterhaltung nicht geeignet. Das Bad war wirklich extrem winzig aber sehr sauber.

+Rolig og fin plass. Hadde balkong med utsikt utover alpene.

“Unfortunately, the rude behavior of one spa employee overshadowed the positive features.”
+The location was great and the front desk staff were very helpful and courteous.
−The rude behavior of a spa employee completely soured our stay at the Post Hotel and overshadowed the positive aspects. First, this employee stopped me from accessing the ground-floor spa restroom, despite the front desk directing me there because I am a senior who has difficulty with steps. She instead directed me to another hotel restroom, which turned out to be across the building and down a long flight of stairs. Later, this same employee berated my daughter for trying to fill her water bottle at the spa’s water dispenser, even after my daughter explained that she was a guest and had permission from the front desk to do so. The employee then followed my daughter as she tried to leave the spa, all the while aggressively scolding her for interrupting the employee's "workspace",ironically, an area open for free to guests on a walk-in basis. This unprofessional behavior reflects very poorly on staff training and oversight. Post Hotel management should be aware that aggressively rude behavior on the part of just one employee can ruin a guest's visit.

“Tired hotel in an excellent location.”
+Excellent location in the city centre.
−The rooms and decor are tired and need refurbishment. The lighting in the rooms and bathrooms is also inadequate. The breakfast buffet is reasonably large, but the food quality is disappointing (lumpy and dry scrambled eggs, mediocre breakfast meats).
