+Only the location and the sea view from the balcony. Walking distance to Oreoi.
−Firstly, there was a strange smell the moment I entered the lobby. Then got to know there were many cats in the lobby area. Moving on to the room. We were offered a sea view room. The floor was clean, room smelled clean but not the bedsheets and towels. Bedsheets were with blood and other stains. Towels were REALLY old that they start to smell immediately after usage. It was our two difficult nights in that room that we even slept with clothes on. Bathroom and toilet were small with poor drainage. No proper floor mate for the bathroom. Things were just off despite the nice balcony view. All in all this place needs renovation long time ago which is still being ignored. It is in such a great, beautiful location but sadly unmaintained. We ended the stay with NO WATER on the last morning. This was the cherry on the cake. Unbelievable. The responsible person was not there to explain when that happened. They couldn't be bothered. Sad. Conclusion, I couldn't rate this place more than 2.

“We will not stay again here but not amor”
+A short walk to the yacht pontoon and restaurants. The lady and gentleman that met us were pleasant and helpful in showing how to lock our door etc.
−Old used coffee filter found in the coffee maker. The shower room was run down but water pressure was food. Sealant added around joints looked rough. Place needs some TLC inside and out.

“Avoid staying in this hotel”
+Nothing except the location which is next to Orei village.
−The facilities are very old, the room was very dirty, we hardly slept with our clothes on. We would have left if we hadn't prepaid the night. The worst thing ever is that they haven't changed the toilet trash of the previous visitors and the bathroom wasn't clean at all.

“Only just adequate , needs a refurb.”
+A short walk into town and tavernas. Friendly staff.
−Grubby, tired facilities, empty pool, mucky beach.

“Good location to village of Oreoi”
+Close to Oreoi. Spacious room and veranda overlooking the garden and beach.
