“Ótima localização, vista deslumbrante mas pequeno almoço muito fraco.”
+Gostamos bastante das piscinas, localização e da vista de ambas as piscina.
−O pequeno almoço foi infelizmente uma grande desilusão. É a la carte e as opções são bastante limitadas. Os menus pré-definidos pelo hotel vêm em porções reduzidas (pão dignifica uma fatia de pão). O café também era bastante mau, infelizmente. Talvez simplesmente eliminar os menus e disponibilizar tudo no a la carte. (Saímos todas as manhãs com fome) Os nossos lençóis de cama estavam sujos. A porta do quarto não fechava por inteiro o que permitia facilmente a répteis entrar no quarto. A água da banheira jorrava para fora mesmo com a cortina fechada, inundando a casa de banho. A happy hour era um pouco estranha, na compra de 2 cocktails oferta do terceiro (?) normalmente as viagens são em par… talvez ponderar outras oferta.

+Staff were friendly and the resort was very peaceful
−The rooms were not ready at check-in so they offered downgraded rooms to us. Even after waiting only one of the two rooms we had booked (2 months earlier) could be used as the dates overlapped. So we had a different room for the first night.

“I loved the resort but couldn’t return or recommend if the issues I have mentioned cannot be fixed.”
+I enjoyed my stay as it was beautifully landscaped in the areas I could access. The room was also comfortable and your staff are all friendly and helpful.
−I didn’t like all the steps and especially did not like that the steps are uneven and there are no handrails on any of the steps on all the different levels. Unfortunately I could use the pool as there were no steps with a handrail to access for people who need easy access due to disability.

+Great location. Bathrooms are a bit outdated and need a little work (toilets often didn't work). The pool area is so beautiful, so worth it.

+Great location. Lovely view, comfortable bed and large rom.
−There was no umbrellas or shade down and the lower pool. When I went there we no pool towels, only wet ones, and the pool needs a good clean, it had algae on the bottom..I didn't put my head under the water. My bathroom was a bit weird. Bad layout of where the shower door opens, towel hooks not in a place to easily reach when getting out of shower, and you can't step onto the bath mat because the shower door is too low and pushes the towel out of the way

“Schönes Hotelgelände jedoch Zimmer leider etwas heruntergekommen”
+Die Lage war super, man ist Nah am Zentrum. Der Pool war super schön mit direktem Blick in den Dschungel.
−Leider sind die Zimmer alt und müssten dringend Renoviert werden. Für die Preis Leistung ist es ok.

“Overall, excellent location and friendly staff”
+The properties pools were excellent and the grounds were beautifully maintained.
−The bathroom was slightly older and had some leaks and signs of rusting but it is an older property.

“A gorgeous Oasis in Ubud”
+Absolutely loved staying at Pertiwi Bisma 1, it has been the most peaceful relaxing time ever spent in Bali. Stayed in a Villa.The room was generous in size and clean, large king size bed ,netting around the bed also.The bathroom was huge with walk in shower good bench space to place everything and a good hanging space. Towels were very clean, toothbrushes provided. Small bar fridge in cupboard in bedroom and a tv. Also a very large balcony to the front over looking the forest. And OMG the pools were the best ,overlooking the forest , it was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices from the menu. But it was the staff here that i could not fault, so busy and short staffed but absolutely couldnt do enough for you. To the Management... i hope you realise what amazing people you have working for you. Kadek, you are star. ⭐️ Absolutely highly recommend this piece of Heaven , wish we had stayed longer.
−As i said i loved this place, but there are many many many steps to the Villas. We have knee problems ,so it was hard going somedays up and down the steps. We did manage slowly with walking sticks, that is the only drawback if you stay in the Villas with bad knees or back.
