“A comfortable stay”
+The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located. The suites are of a good size and comfortable. The Indian food from the restaurant is nice.
−The lift was problematic. The housekeeping can improve. The cafe has to step up its service levels especially since they have only one.

Had to argue with the staff to change the room 8 hours after initially complaining. Was moved to a very small room with no window. Front desk staff said that no other room was free. When I asked for a reduced room rate, I was told to come later because he could not do anything. - When I went there 4 hours later, there was a different person at the front desk. He refused to agree that the room was smaller. He also said that nobody promised me that there would be a window in the room(!). - When I got angry, he found a different room on the same floor(!) which had working AC, window and was of the original size. When I asked why it was not done earlier, he refused to give me a clear answer. - People were smoking in neighboring rooms and making loud noise all night long. My room had smell of smoke. - One of the rooms I was moved to had only 1 spoon for 2 coffee cups. The spoon was dirty. I asked them to replace t
