“Definitely would never go back to this place.”
+Location.
−Big hole around the sewer in the parking lot, random people trying to open our door, door lock didn’t work properly, room smelled like mold, consistent water dripping noise coming from behind the bathroom wall(s), dirty refrigerator, garbage left underneath one of the beds, and cockroaches in the bathroom.

“Filthy”
+Nothing good to say about the property
−Extremely disgusting place, the bathtub had kinda sediment from the last guest and there was a foot printed on it. Dead insects, bed sheets stained with some kind of fluids, internet sucks, room temperature was super cold, mattress was very old and uncomfortable. but the worst was the crack head neighbors. I saw a couple fighting right after I arrived and during the night around 1 am a person was singing outside my room. I had to book another place for the second night because I wasn’t feeling safe.
