+Okada has almwaya been my favorite place everutime I come to Manila. The place, colors, good scent everywhere, the designs are magnifiscent.
−What I did not really like about this time when I checked in was, I have start checking in at the registered desk at the Pearl Wing. After everyrhing is done, the lady incharge said that I have to wait for the room keys for 3 bedroom that I booked. 30 mins came by there was no update. So I had to go back to the desk and asked again and I have been told to wait onother 30 mins again. Waited so patiently but there was no updates aboit the keys. We were waitng at the lobby reataurant and ordered some snacks so my guests and I can able to sit and rest while waiiting. Until 4 hrs later about 6pm, I had to fo back to the desk again to ask whats going on. And thats tje time I lost my patient knowing tje lady incharge has alreasy left for the day. I was so mad because I was so embarrased to my guests for having them waited 4 hrs long to get rje keys and considering they are seniors and both Retired from the highest Rank in the military. I was so mad at the desk for being inconsiderate, many people behind me that were able to go to their rooms. They were busy entertaining othere guest when they jad me put on hold for my rooms keys. All 3 bedrooms together. Really bad experience for the firt

“Exceptional stay and a wonderful birthday experience for my wife. We would definitely stay at Okada”
+The hotel and facilities were very clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made my wife’s birthday celebration very special. The location is also very convenient for shopping and getting to the airport.
−Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience.

“Good family staycation with jacuzzi and access to pool and gym.”
+Facilities, staff, and room are excellent. It is just inconvenient that we were emailed to go to Coral wing only to be asked to go to Pearl wing once there since our room is also at Pearl. Also, our rooms were not beside each other and was almost in different rooms. Until the staff helped make sure we are on the same floor. I just found it offputting that she had to ask if I requested our rooms to be together as if she did not check beforehand.
−Rooms almost were not together. Being asked to go to Coral wing when the rooms are in Pearl wing.

“Just an incredible place to stay!!!”
+This is just an incredible hotel . The evening fountain show is special to see. Many restaurants to choose from . The pool was great as well.
−Check in was a hassle. Driver did not drop me off at the reception area, so trying to explain to security I needed to check in was just a nightmare. This place is definitely locked down for security and O get it. But geez when you see a guest with a big suitcase don’t treat them like a terrorist.

“It was just ok. Not sure it’s worth the money you spend per night!”
+Convenient, clean, and lots of food options
−From the moment we got there we got the run around about our rooms that were booked almost a year in advance. Didn’t get the rooms we booked, even though we supposedly got upgraded they gave us a cot for the 3rd person to sleep on and it was hard as a rock. Asked for a late Check out couldn’t accommodate the full amount but gave us until 1pm and then locked us out of our room at 12. Very inconvenient.
