“Great location, great facilities and a luxury finish.”
+Really nicely designed room with a luxury feel and a small kitchen unit so it would have everything you need. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed and bedding. Location is ideal for the station.
−I arrived late with a delayed train and found the staff-less access a bit difficult, but my fault for not reading more carefully.

“Great … awesome 🤩… enjoyable”
+Absolutely Bonnie 🤩 Everything about the setup is just perfect 🫶🏽 I’ll definitely be back, promise! And wow , the staff were so kind and helpful, such lovely people 😊🙏🏽”
−Hmm, the place needs a wee bit mair work… cobwebs behind the curtains, a bit o’ hair on the floor and the bed. ( Some of us are allergy to hair ) 🙈And the fridge isn’t cooling richt , the water inside isnae getting cold enough.”

“Clean. Comfortable. Good location.”
+The property was central so good location. We stayed in the room labelled Tiffany Very clean. Toiletries and tea coffee facilities were all excellent. Easy to access with the instructions provided. Lovely bathroom. Deep clean bath. Comfy large bed.
−For us there was an issue with the communal hallway lighting shining under the door. The bed is directly next to the door .This was addressed by putting pillows to cover the light but there was the same issue with the blind and street lighting. I think that other rooms wouldn’t have this problem because they are facing a different way. We booked for a Saturday night which turned out to be noisy but thats not a reflection on the room , more that as no.10 is just slightly set back from the high street it’s unavoidable. All of that said it was a good stay for a central location just a few mins walk from the station and near to everything we needed.

“Lovely room, close to the centre but noise from another room spoiled my stay”
+The property is lovely and this was the second visit in two weeks
−The room was small (Orchid) but well decorated and had all the facilities needed for an overnight stay but it was a little noisy from music in another room which is why I have scored it a 7 overall

“Comfortable friendly apart-hotel near Preston station”
+This is really an aparthotel, because it is staffed all day and rooms are made up on request. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room felt small but the bathroom was big by contrast, and had a bath in it. The kitchenette and fridge were handy. The place is a very short walk from the train station.
−Steep staircases to the upstairs rooms. If you have limited mobility you can request a ground floor room, but I didn't think of it.
