“The perfect place for first time visitors to Rwanda!”
+The hotel is located nearby all the embassies in Kigali and has a beautiful view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my first time visit to Rwanda so much better! In addition, the hotel is very clean and the food they provide is cooked to perfection. Make sure to try the African tea, it quickly became my favorite drink!
−There is not a lot for me to complain about. My only problem was my room would sometimes get hot at night, even with the windows open. But I learned to adjust.

“Nice hotel.”
+The staff are fantastic and kind. Also willing to help
−The room was good but I was expecting the choice to use or not to use an air conditioner. Only a fan was available and it worked well. There was a minor mosquito issue but this was dealt with as soon as we mentioned.

“I love it so much”
+The place is so clean and peaceful. You also feel know that people are around as you can hear the faint chatter of people and birds from your window, yet it does not disturb you. The staffs are oh so hospitable, very helpful, very polite and always with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.
−It’s natural , like the name nature Kigali. Very minimal amenities, no AC in the rooms , no refrigerator or intercom. The air is natural though so it does not feel hot and the staffs are within reach.

“A must-stay for a first timer in Kigali”
+As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and welcomed. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff were caring and kind. Having the clothing shop on site was a win-win- I walked away with a lot of beautiful well-made Rwandan clothes!

“A small, safe, clean and comfortable option with great staff! Rather noisy.”
+The staff were great - really went the extra mile. Location was good on the outskirts of the city but easy to access. Just off the main road. Food portions very generous and delicious!
−Mattress was extremely hard. Pool is out of service. Shared balcony allowed for invasion of privacy in my bathroom. Kids play area open to the public lent to a lot of noise afternoon and evening - kids shouting and screaming. Not so relaxing if you are in the back rooms. View of city obscured by trees. Construction next door.

+Lovely part of kigali and the staff are great. Nice breakfast and clean rooms.
−Sadly for us, it seems that the pictures on booking.com have been taken a while ago. The lawn is taken up by a dining area and I wanted to use the pool but there was no water in it which was disappointing. There were loud parties on both friday and saturday night whereby we couldn't sleep. These seem to be children and families booking it so we didnt get a boutique experience. They kindly upgraded us so the noise was lessened but we were quite disappointed with our stay.
