+- wirklich tolles Zimmer (groß, sauber, gemütlich) - Mariarca ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hilfe bei Taxiruf etc.) - Metrostation in der Nähe
−- Wlan funktionierte in unserem Zimmer nur im vorderen Teil des Zimmers (Bad, Flur) - in der Gegend liegt vermehrt Müll auf den Straßen (dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts) - nicht generell negativ, aber als Hinweis: Wenn man erst gegen Nachmittag anreist, erfolgt der Check-In per Whatsapp (Rezeption immer nur bis mittags besetzt)

“A hidden gem, we would definitely stay here again if in the area”
+This property was a real hidden gem, nice breakfast, extremely comfortable, very modern in an amazing old building, in a buzzing ‘real Naples’ area. Close to trains/metro and an ok walk to Central station. Turn right then left at the top of the road for the best Italian restaurant of our whole visit, hidden on a corner. Maria, our host, was exceptional, so friendly and very very helpful.
−Don’t be put off by the area, it’s a crazy slice of the real Naples and a great experience.

“A very nice apartment in a central location but with a couple of peculiarities.”
+A very central location - the hotel is excellent inside once you get past the lobby! Lovely, helpful staff!
−We had some difficulty getting in initially, it would have been good to have received the entrance information in advance of arriving. Also the apartment door needs some technique to open (put in code then PULL the door then PUSH). Road outside was noisy at night despite good double glazing - not the hotels fault!

+Good location to get to the museums, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, shower, air conditioner.

“Overall, we enjoyed staying in this unique hotel.”
+We didn't get to spend but one night at this hotel. It was located fairly close to the airport. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel because it wasn't your typical hotel. The host/staff was extremely helpful and kind. She help me book a taxi for the following morning. Her communication with us was excellent. She gave us clear directions on how to access the hotel and was there to greet us. The room what very updated, neat, clean, and comfortable.
−The only think we didn't like about the property is the location. It wasn't in the best neighborhood. We had a bit of difficulty finding true authentic food and the streets were fairy trashy and dirty. Luckly, our host gave us some restaurant recommendations.

+La posizione della struttura è risultata davvero adeguata per la visita dei vari quartieri di Napoli, a piedi o in parte in metropolitana. La professionalità della receptionist Mariarca, gentilissima e preparata.
−L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il mal funzionamento del dispositivo digitale all' ingresso per il check-in, ovviato con l'apertura da remoto previa telefonata. Poi entrate alla struttura e alla camera molto efficienti.
