“Horrible place with no management in a bleak neighbourhood. Avoid it!”
+Nothing
−Even the name "Motel" is totally misleading. "Motel" is an American invention, and per definition it is situated along roads and highways, with a large and conspicuous sign advertising it, offering a 7/24 reception. Now this one, Motel Vespucci is well hidden in an industrial area, among warehouses and such. Even if you are lucky enough to find the building, all you see is a bar or restaurant of a sort. If you start walking around, you might stumble upon a small side door with an insignificant sign indicating that you've hit the spot. There's not a soul around and the door is locked. There's a phone number on the door that I called several times (before 9 p.m. !) but nobody picked up on the other end. I ended sleeping in the car in the parking lot. An expensive parking lot at more than a hundred bucks a night. So what is expected of you is the following: Pay first. Then do your check-in online. If you have done this you might get a code that might open the door of this so-called "Motel". Find the place. (Believe me, it's not easy.) You pay and you do all the work yourself. This horrible establishment was the worst experience I've ever had in Italy.

+Unkompliziertes einchecken. Grosses sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Bequemes Bett.

Also blaue Flecken incl. - Sehr witzig!

“No 24-hour reception - instead a lot of trouble with self check-in”
+OK for an overnight stay
−They claim that they have a 24-hour reception. They don’t. Instead they make you fumble with an electronic self check-in, where you need to stand in front of a closed door, tak photos of your documents, and enter different information, at then wait until you receive an entry code (not immediately as they claim).

“Motel sì ma……”
+Nulla
