+Just stuff were friendly.
−The facility in the Hotel was awkwardly bad. We asked for baby cot and they answered we already thought about it and when we arrived we faced with a big size bed for our 1 year old baby. We could not sleep the entire night as we were afraid she will fell from the bed. There was no even a glass of water in minibar. In their restaurant they had no even a cheap baby chair and when we asked they said we did not claim we have it in our website. The entrance of the hotel is not good for stroller or wheelchair. You need to ask for help to go up from stairs. All these solution are very easy and cheap to be solved but I believe management of the hotel is very bad and careless.

+The personnel was very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of parking spots right in front of the hotel which was perfect. The rooms were spacious.
−Our airconditioning unit didn't work well: the little amount of cold air hardly cooled our room, no matter what we tried. There was no filter in the bathroom to keep out the sewer smells. Especially in the mornings the smell was very pungent.
