+it is a good value for money considering how expensive Vlore is. the room is clean and they provided towels
−there were no toilet paper and bath soap. there were also no wifi we can connect too

+Cordialità e vicinanza al mare sono i punti di forza di questa struttura! Accolti dal padre di Mario che si é dimostrata una persona davvero simpatica ed amichevole così come l’intera famiglia. Disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare a Valona o dintorni, sappiamo dove alloggiare! Qualità/prezzo eccellente!

+We liked the terrace because it was spacious and our child had enough room to play, although it was shared and lacked privacy. The view was beautiful, and the beach was close to the accommodation. Sunbeds cost €20, but there was space to set up your own umbrella. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, always available to help with anything we needed and never intrusive. The location is convenient, being close to both Vlore and Dhermi with its stunning beaches.
−Maybe we had a bad luck, but it was pretty disappointing. The kitchen was falling apart, not enough plates. The refrigerator did not work properly - it constantly froze our food. When lowering the temperature, all the ice would melt, leaving the fridge full of water. The kitchen did not have a stove for cooking, only a shared outdoor gas bottle. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were as hard as stone. The TV in the room was not connected to an antenna and therefore did not work. The bathroom had no shower cabin, so every time we took a shower the water flooded the entire room. There were insects inside because the window had no mosquito net. The air conditioner was functional, but we did not need to use it. The terrace was shared, which meant we had no privacy. The hosts spent the whole day on the terrace, from morning until night. Although they said we could use the TV on the terrace, we never got the chance because the hosts were always using it themselves. Also the accommodation was very noisy. At night there was a lot of traffic noise from cars, and early in the morning roosters would start crowing, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. It is definitely not a qui

−V popisku bylo uvedeno, že ubytování disponuje kuchyňskou linkou, ale ta tam nebyla. Pokoj jí dle slov majitele původně disponoval, ale po rekonstrukci byla odstraněna, bohužel nikoli z popisku k vybavení. Byli jsme nemile překvapeni, jelikož jsme počítali s možností vaření. Majitel však poskytl možnost vaření ve společné kuchyni, které nebylo úplně ideální. Dále bych v koupelně ocenila stěrku na podlahu, často tam stála voda. Také větší zásoba toaletního papíru, po tom, co nám došel byl na vyžádání u majitele.

+absolut alles. die schönste Unterkunft des gesamten Urlaubs!! extrem sympathische, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber+Familie, die Zimmer sind sauber, schön und haben alles was man braucht, wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick (und perfekte Sonnenuntergang-Sicht), traumhafter Strand direkt gegenüber; wäre sofort noch 2 wochen länger geblieben.. wir kommen sicher wieder!!

+Mario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, il terrazzino è splendido e la colazione con la vista sul mare è veramente bella.
−Il bagno e la cucina sono un po' vecchi, ma Mario ci ha detto che saranno presto rinnovate. Molto consigliato!
