“It was a different experience and sure I would love to come back for buffets again.”
+I liked that the breakfast was given and I know that it was because the price of the room charged as well so no surprise. I liked the spa bath and the clean bathroom and I liked that the hotel does the buffet meals.
−The price was a bit high for the room. And the buffet staff member (only one particular we were speaking to at the front desk of the buffet) we would suggest a customer service training would do him better. We booked for a dinner session 5.30 to 7.20pm and we were staying at the hotel. It was after 5.30 and before 6pm, we were at the front desk of the buffet checking in for our session, that staff member was saying to us "You were late, I was about to cancel your booking!" to me personally I would accept me being late if I appeared at 7.21pm at night. I even got message to my mobile ahead of the time to confirm my booking so I would know how to cancel my booking myself. I was speechless.

+Hotel was in great location, neat and clean
−Check-in: if the Hotel requires physical credit card and ID proof, they should’ve informed upfront. It took considerable time to check in after long hours of driving. Room temperature: in spite of me increasing the temperature by remote, the room was cold for our liking. Breakfast: when I saw breakfast included I thought of hot breakfast. Maybe they can include the cold breakfast

“The most appropriate word to describe the hotel accommodation is terrible.”
+The location of the hotel was good. But the hotel was terrible. There was a terrible smell in the hallway and room. I checked in at 2pm on 9 July 2026 and I checked out at 6.30pm on 9 July 2026, because of the smell.
−The hotel is in terrible condition. I would not give the hotel any stars. It is the worst hotel I have stayed at. It is run down and has a terrible smell. I'm not sure what is causing the smell, but it seemed to be a damp smell. Which would indicate that there is hidden mold, mildew or bacteria growing. This hotel needs to be investigated, because I believe it is unsafe for anyone who stays there.
