+V lepem mestu z lepimi ljudmi smo imeli to nesrečo, da smo izbrali to prenočišče. Za sam začetek nas je sprejela najbolj neprijazna gostiteljica. Soba neprimerna. Kopalnica brez luči in neprimerna, kjer se ne da tuširat. Električna napeljava ne samo neustrezna ampak celo nevarna. Prvo hrup od nape od spodnje gostilne in potem celo noč hrup od mesta in zvonenja vsake 15 minut. Razumem, da na zunanji hrup ne more gostitelj vplivat ampak imet vse brez zvočne izolacije pa zopet ni ok. Gostitelj se lahko sklicuje na smernice, ki se jih mora držat: potem vsaj zamenjaj vhodna vrata, ki so za klet in ne za hotelsko ali apartmajsko sobo. Kot gostitelj si ne morete privoščiti, da date goste spat v vsako luknjo.

“Location was the best part of our stay.”
+Close to some of the attractions in town.
−WIFI did not work. Asked downstairs about it, and was only able to access it in the bar area, not in our room. Room was cramped and hot. Fan provided was useless. Shower had low ceiling.

+Gebucht hatte ich ein Zimmer,bekomme hatte ich eine kleine Wohnung,wo ich mein Fahrrad perfekt einsperren konnte!Danke nochmal dafür!Das Zimmer war sehr nett,mit Fensterblick auf eine nette Gasse.Man konnte auch im Lokal essen,ich bin dort aber nicht eingekehrt,es hatte aber gute Bewertungen.
−Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

+La gentillesse/professionnalisme/savoir faire, de Roberta. La bonne cuisine des plats originaux de Gubbio et aussi de la région. l'emplacement de l'établissement au centre de Gubbio tout prêt des "logge et piazza 40 martiri"
−Pas de clim et avec les chaleurs actuelle c'est pas trop bien pour dormir la nuit, heureusement il y a un ventilateur dans chaque chambre pas le top mais mieux que rien.

+Il terrazzino con vista meravigliosa,consiglio parcheggio gratis che indica la struttura,e la locanda ha un ristorante ottimo
−Il bagno,i materassi,ma soprattutto un rumore di notte come se fosse un aspiratore,e campane che suonano ogni un quarto d ora..a dire tt le ore e quarti...
