+Piscina aquecida e toboágua para crianças, além da grande área de lazer. Acomodação dos quartos .

“It’s a leisure centre with some rooms, functional and ok facilities.”
+The rooms are large and clean as well as practical. Pool and facilities access including adult sauna area, outdoor pool, hairdryers etc. Free car parking. Near the main road. Restaurant on site for meals. The shared bathrooms were clean.
−The common areas smelt, sometimes like a rubbish bin other times like food cooking. The room smelt of chemicals like paint stripper throughout. Breakfast 25CH each!

+On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, this could not compensate for the poor organization, restricted facilities, high prices, and lack of transparency.
−Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to families with children. First of all, the view from my room was directly onto a concrete staircase and structure, as shown in the photo. Not exactly the relaxing view one would expect from a wellness getaway. The biggest disappointment was the limited access to the facilities. On Sunday, everything closed at 6 PM, including the swimming pool and wellness facilities. During the day, the pools were so overcrowded that it was almost impossible to swim or relax. On Monday, the indoor pool was also unavailable to hotel guests until 12 PM because it was being used by other groups and swimming activities. This left us with only the outdoor pool and the hot tub. The food was another disappointment. Prices were excessively high, breakfast was very basic with limited variety, and the restaurant menu offered very few choices. What concerned me most was the misleading information about children’s activities. For example, the website advertises climbing for children for CHF 10. However, it does not clearly explain that an accompanying adult must have the required certification and pay an additional fee. In pr

“Die Unterkunft hat uns grundsätzlich gefallen. Sicherstellung einer ruhigen Nacht wäre top.”
+Ideale Lage, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.
−Sehr ringhörig und laut in der Nacht. Wir wurden von rückkehrenden Hotelgästen um 01:00 Uhr und später aufgeweckt.

+Lots of activities for kids possible in the lintharena (swimming pool, bouldering and others) Hotel itself is clean, breakfast tasty, restaurant has also very nice offer for dinner (incl game in autumn)
−If you need to look for something- our room didn’t have own bathroom, however we knew about it and it’s really not an issue
