“Good place but charge extra for using credit card without prior information”
+Very nice place well located and comfortable
−The fact I was charged 5% on top of the price for using credit card . I know it is illegal and should be supported by the hotel not the client . It should be said prior to booking . My Revolut card turns into credit card in Brazil for some reason even though it is debit card. The receptionist didn’t even consider the fact I told I was leaving one day before to consider removing the fee. I won’t get back purely for this reason and I’m planning a long holiday next year in Florianópolis

“Good”
+friendly and helpful lady runs the property. the beach is a 5 min walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. the apartment we had was well stocked and had a laundry/drying area which was great. lovely pool area.
−the apartment was quite dark with no view. the accommodation was quite dated and the bedding needed updating.
