“Slightly concerned that my refund from a previous stay has not yet arrived.”
+Room was good. Breakfast the last time was really good.
−Breakfast this time was not as good as last time. There were limited options and 30 mins before closing the staff said they cannot make any eggs to order because they will b e closing soon. I think it's because my son stayed alone. When I was with him, we got a different treatment. A refund from my previous trip has not yet been credited. I have spoken with Booking.com customer service as well as with the reception staff over the phone and personally. Very distressing. Please expedite. Its been over 2 months already.

+Lovely big room and bathroom plus friendly staff
−Bathroom needed a bit of tlc especially the bath panel which was cellotaped along the bottom

“Good for an overnight stay”
+Good location, room was spacy. No problem for a 1 night stay for work.

+Camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo. Hotel situato all'interno del campus universitario.

+Some of the staff were helpful.
−The room wasn't serviced for three days. Ran out of toilet paper, tea, milk and the like. Dinner was terrible. Moldy lettuce in salad. Samosas were from a packet and cold. Soup was cold and tasted bland like from a can. I told the waiter about the moldy, brown salad and he said it was only "for show". Some staff were very off hand. Some were good though.

−Every time I stay at your hotel in Lancaster, I usually use the laundry facilities. However, during my recent stay, I experienced several disappointing issues with the hotel facilities and customer service. Firstly, the laundry room door could not be opened, and there was no telephone in my room to contact security for assistance. When I approached the receptionist, I was repeatedly informed that the laundry facilities were not managed by the hotel. While I fully understand that the laundry service not under hotel. I would have appreciated a more helpful and friendly response. As a hotel guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect reception staff to offer some assistance or guidance rather than simply stating that the facilities are not their responsibility. Secondly, I experienced inconsistent information from different receptionists regarding luggage storage. One receptionist confirmed that I could leave my luggage in the hotel's storage room, while another receptionist subsequently refused. As a result, I had to carry my luggage and leave it at my school instead, which caused considerable inconvenience. I believe that **consistency, professionalism, and a willingness to assist g
