“Great location and clean, spacious room.”
+Room was clean and spacious, property is located at a very convenient location.
−At the time of arrival the owners didn't show a positive impression, perhaps this is because of some bad experiences they had previously with local guests. I felt a little uncomfortable the way reception employee ran back and forth to verify my reservation while owners were giving us a suspicious look through a glass wall without a single direct word or smile.

“Friendly welcome to Sri Lanka”
+Very welcoming and friendly staff. My plane was 6 hours late and I arrived at 1am. They were still there to greet me and help get me settled.

“Good stay”
+We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained. It was also very easy and convenient to get to from the airport, which made our journey much easier. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily recommend it.
−Can have mosquito if we leave the door open

+The room was spacious, comfortable for our family and very clean. The owner was really friendly and would go very far (like many other Sri Lankans we had met in the course of our family trip) to make our time in Sri Lanka comfortable and memorable. Without a special request, he put an additional small bed in the room for our daughter. He managed to buy for us some typical Sri Lankan biscuits at fairly late night hours that we wanted to bring home as souvenirs (we spent in Negombo our last night of the trip). The place is located close to the Negombo beach and is not far from the airport.
