+Su ubicación era muy buena. Se llega al Temple Bar (el bar) en menos de 15 minutos. Jim es muy agradable y atento. Trata de ayudar en todo lo que puede. El desayuno está muy bien, hay de todo y te hace sentir que la cocina es tuya: café, té cacao, fruta variadas, diferentes tipos de leche, diferentes panes para tostadas, cereales, galletas….
−No estaba sucio del todo, pero la limpieza puede mejorar. Tener en cuenta que nos alojamos en las habitaciones del último piso y el baño estaba fuera de la habitación, aunque seguía siendo privado (con llave). Consideramos que el precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece, aunque somos conscientes que Dublín, en general, lo es.

“Jim a beau etre sympa beaucoup trpp de laisser aller”
+L'emplacement est ideal à 5 minutes de la cathedrale st Patrick et 5 minutes de Camden street.
−La chambre donnait sur la route donc tres bruyante dés 7h. La cuisine commune etait sale ainsi que la salle de bain commune

+Jim war sehr nett und kommunikativ, hat sogar ein paar Wörter Deutsch hervorgekramt.
−Die Spinne aus Lothar's Bewertung ist immer noch da, war dann wohl doch keine Halloween-Deko. Böden waren nicht ganz Sauber, Küche 😱

+Jim is an excellent host I had a few delays from airport and he waited on me very friendly I liked the property was pet friendly at no extra cost.

+Der Gastgeber war super lieb und Weltoffen, er spricht sogar ein wenig deutsch und ist hilfsbereit. Die lage ist ebenfalls klasse. Daran kann man nichts aussetzen.
−Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig und müssen keine top Ausgestattete Wohnung haben, ABER die Sauberkeit lässt hier und da zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war sauber, der Rest leider nicht. Das Fenster im Badezimmer geht nicht richtig zu, weshalb es sehr kalt war, von den beiden kleinen Elektro Heizungen funktioniert auch nur eine. Das Frühstück darf man sich gerne selbst zubereiten, mit allem was gerade zur Verfügung steht. Es bedarf jedoch an einer gründlichen Reinigung.

+Jim‘s Place is a comfortable, quiet yet centrally located place with a friendly host, disinterested cat(s), and the charm of an old house that is actually being lived in. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel experience, search elsewhere. But if you want to stay at somebody’s home and have a chat in the morning while making coffee, and learn about the neighborhood‘s history, this is the place.
−It wasn’t perfectly clean like a hotel room would and should. But we had everything we needed and more for our weekend trip.
